When you request a quote, place an order, apply to work with us, or contact us, we collect the details you provide. That usually includes your name, email address, phone number, organization, and the documents or booking details needed to deliver the service you asked for. Our website also collects standard analytics data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) through cookies.
Documents submitted for translation often contain personal information. We use them only to deliver the service you ordered. Access is limited to the project team and the linguists assigned to your work, all of whom are bound by confidentiality agreements. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement on request, and we handle medical documents with the confidentiality that healthcare work requires.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the linguists and service providers who help us deliver your order, and only to the extent they need it. We may disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our legal rights, or in urgent circumstances to protect someone's safety.
If you give us a mobile number and agree to be texted, we may send you messages about your quote, your order or an interpreting booking: a confirmation of the price, a change to a collection or delivery time, or a reminder about an appointment you have booked. For that programme we collect your name, your mobile number, and a record of the consent you gave us and when. We use them for nothing else.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and your messaging consent sit outside every category of sharing described above: they are not disclosed to the linguists, service providers or anyone else named there.
Message frequency varies and depends on the orders and bookings you have with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing or calling us on the details below, and opting out of texts does not affect any order you have placed.
Our website uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful and to improve the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work without them.
