About Yapese Language
Yapese is a Micronesian language spoken by around 7,000 people on Yap Island in the Federated States of Micronesia. It's distinct from the surrounding Trukic and Pohnpeic languages. The US Yapese-speaking community is small, tied to Compact-of-Free-Association migration. Our Yapese translation work is occasional and typically USCIS family-reunification or school-enrolment paperwork.
