Maori (Te Reo Maori) is one of New Zealand's three official languages alongside English and New Zealand Sign Language, with around 185,000 speakers — most of them in New Zealand. The language has undergone significant revitalisation since the 1980s through Maori-language education and broadcasting. The US Maori-speaking community is very small, with concentrations in Hawaii, Utah, and parts of California. Our Maori translation work is largely cultural and educational — Maori-language academic transcripts, cultural-association documents, and the occasional New Zealand civil record where the Maori-language version is preferred.
